Tuna Steak
Nutritionally, tuna is an oily fish rich in calcium and B vitamins, which are both valuable in maintaining sexual health. In Japan, it is often served raw as sashimi, which is considered to be a Japanese aphrodisiac.
~ 2 pounds fresh tuna steaks
~ 2 handfuls arugula
~ bushel of strawberries
~ one avocado
~ half red onion, sliced thin
~ handful cilantro
~ 3 cloves garlic, chopped
~ olive oil
~ Himalayan Pink Salt
~ Black pepper
~ 2 teaspoons soy sauce
Saute garlic and onion with olive oil enough to cover bottom of a saucepan until slightly golden. Sprinkle tuna with salt and pepper to taste. Place tuna steaks in and cook about 5 minutes then flip to other side. Tuna can be served raw, medium or well inside so time will depend on your desire. Splash soy sauce on tuna while in pan.
In the meantime, arrange a bed of arugula on a platter, cut up some strawberries and the avocado.
Once tuna steaks are done, place on top of arugula with garlic and onion, place strawberries and sliced avocado around and sprinkle top with cilantro and a drizzle of olive oil.
