Vanilla Almond Ice Cream
- 2 cups regular milk
- 2 cups Almond milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Almond extract
- 2 teaspoons sliced Almonds
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Combine regular milk and almond milk with sugar and blend until dissolved. Add vanilla and almond extract and blend until bubbly.
Place in freezer and shake or stir every three hours or so. Minimum time for optimum texture is six hours or overnight.
