Tuna Stuffed Avocado
Avocado was used by the Aztecs as a cholesterol and sodium free sexual stimulant. They boost testosterone and improve erectile dysfunction. The sensuous pear shape and high levels of Vitamin E help keep the spark alive while maintaining a youthful vigor and high energy level.
On an avocado fruit tree, the fruits dangle low and in pairs, resembling male genitalia (testicles). The avocado has nutrients such as beta carotene, magnesium, potassium and Vitamin E, which are essential to sexual health. Avocados are excellent in adding shine to your hair or smashed with honey and lime for a soothing face mask!
The way you can tell if an avocado is ripe is to remove the stem. If the hole that remains is dark brown and the avocado feels soft then it is likely too ripe or possibly rotten. If it’s a light green and the avocado feels firm yet soft to the touch, it should be perfectly ready to eat. If it is too hard, give it a couple days to soften up before eating!
~ 1-2 avocados
~ 2 cans tuna in water, drained
~ 1 red onion, sliced thin
~ 1 tomato, sliced thin
~ 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
~ 1 teaspoon hamburger relish
~ half cucumber, shredded or diced small
~ salad greens
~ olive oil, to drizzle
~ balsamic vinegar, to drizzle
~ 1 teaspoon fresh or dried dill and more for garnish
~ black pepper, to taste
The way I prefer to make tuna is to either add relish or cucumber. Use half the onion, mayo, black pepper and dill and mix into tuna then refrigerate.
Slice other half of onion and tomatoes and plate with salad greens. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Hold avocado firmly in hand and slice lengthwise from pit and all around. Remove pit inside by banging with a knife and twist. Place the two open halves on plate and fill with tuna salad. You may add a little cracked black pepper on top and drizzle some more olive oil.
