Sweet Potatoes & Eggs
Sweet potatoes are great sources of vitamin A. This sex vitamin will help keep the vagina and uterus healthy. It also helps produce sex hormones. In Europe in the early 1600’s sweet potato tarts were eaten to increase sexual desire.
Sweet potatoes contain ingredients that cause serotonin levels to rise which is in the body and gives a person the feeling of happiness. Many people associate the feeling of happiness with being in love!

~ 3 medium sweet potatoes
~ 6 extra large eggs
~ handful arugula
~ one white or yellow onion, chopped small
~ 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
~ 1/2 teaspoon Everything Bagel seasoning
~ salt and pepper to taste
~ 2 tablespoons olive oil
Boil your sweet potatoes whole in advance until tender and let cool. Once cooled, they will be easy to peel. Then chop into small bite sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in skillet and add onions, cooking until softened about 10 minutes. Add sweet potato, spices listed or ones of your choice and cook until heated through and slightly crisp.
Spread potatoes apart in six different spots and crack eggs in each one. Add more spices if desired and cover until egg whites become more firm, about 5 minutes and shut off heat.
Layer bottom of platter with arugula, adding eggs and potatoes on top. Serve with toast of your choice and hot sauce if desired!
