Deviled Eggs
- 6 HARD boiled eggs
- 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon SPICY mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika or any similar flavor such as chipotle
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped or dried parsley
This recipe is so easy and DELICIOUS. You can boil eggs ahead of time, even the night or two before you’re going to serve them, so they are cool and easier to HANDLE. In about 20 minutes, boiling eggs in water will be done.
When you’re ready to prepare them, slice them LENGTHWISE, cutting the egg white in half and removing the yolk. In a medium bowl, squish egg yolks with a fork. Add all ingredients except for egg white halves, mix well and refrigerate. Make sure consistency is not too thin.
When ready to FILL egg whites, use a teaspoon and GENTLY FILL each one with the mixture until complete. Sprinkle tops with a little extra paprika!
