Chia Seed Pudding
Chia seeds are some of the foods that increase male libido. They have been shown to boost testosterone naturally due to the essential fatty acids that serve as building blocks for hormones. Despite being small in size, chia seeds are full of important nutrients. They are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium. Omega-3 fatty acids help raise HDL cholesterol, the “good” cholesterol that protects against heart attack and stroke.
Blueberries are rich in fiber and decrease bloating. They contain antioxidants that fight heart disease and premature aging. Blueberries increase energy, stamina and blood flow which are key in bedroom games!
~ 2 cups almond or coconut milk
~ 6 tablespoons chia seeds
~ 8-10 graham crackers, crushed
~ 1 bushel blueberries, strawberries or any berries you desire
~ 1/4 cup brown sugar
~ 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
In a bowl, add milk, chia seeds and vanilla extract, mixing well. Refrigerate and stir a couple more times as you will see mixture thicken.
In a sauce pan, add berries with the brown sugar and cook until slightly thickened. Press down with a masher to squeeze berries. Set aside.
In small dessert cups, add 2-3 tablespoons graham crackers, top with milk and chia seed mixture then your fruit. You may sprinkle a little more brown sugar on top to taste.
Refrigerate a couple hours or overnight until cold and firm. Enjoy breakfast in bed with your partner.
