Grilled Chicken Breasts
The abbreviation for Bar-B-Que or BBQ is said to stand for Be Back Quick or Better Be Quick. When BBQ season enters its peak, so many foods are really delicious grilled. There may be something sexy about not only helping, but watching your partner sweat and flip meat.
Spinach is a leafy green vegetable that contains lots of folic acid, which can help increase fertility, boost your testosterone levels and libido. Folic acid plays a critical role in male sexual function and a deficiency in folic acid has been linked to erectile dysfunction.
~ 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
~ handful baby spinach
~ handful arugula
~ 1 cup baby heirloom tomatoes
~ 1/4 cup honey
~ 4 tablespoons olive oil
~ 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
~ 4 tablespoons of Italian salad dressing
Clean and pound chicken breasts. Marinate with the last four ingredients in a baggie or container for a couple hours or overnight – the longer, the better! Reserve a little marinade for later just to drizzle on top.
Arrange spinach and arugula like a nice, soft bed on a platter.
Grill chicken breasts on BBQ for approximately four minutes on each side. Remove from grill and place on bed of greens. Slice tomatoes in half lengthwise and scatter around the chicken.
Drizzle the remainder of the marinade all over chicken, greens and tomatoes.
